Main Texas State Website Updated

We published an update to the Main Texas State Website yesterday afternoon. The big change in this version is a revamped menu system for site navigation that should support a broader range of older browsers, especially on the Macintosh. Hopefully this will make life easier for those of you who haven't been able to upgrade to the latest software! (Special thanks to all of you who wrote in to let us know you were having difficulties.) There are also a couple minor fixes in Advanced Search and on the Administration page.
